How to Inform the Agency of Arrival of an Appointed Vessel?

From the menu bar on  top of the page select forms and Choose Arriving Vessel Information from the drop down menu ; just fill in the relevant information which should be self explanatory .

A copy of the sent form will be shown , which  you can save or print as a record.

Please keep in mind that once you submit the form you can only view the sent form and will not be able to edit it so fill the form carefully and inform the agency about further changes via Email.
