How much does Sludge Removal cost at Southern Iranian ports and what is the procedure?

sludge removal is possible at BIK port / berth with cost of 80 Euro (+ 10 % VAT ), per CBM plus VAT .The disposal of sludge will be mentioned in ship’s garbage certificate.
